How long does shipping take?

Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes. Add any 3 or more items to your cart and 10% comes off automatically. New subscribers also get a one-time code for 10% off their first order. Discounts can't be combined with each other.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email it as soon as your order ships.
Can I fly with the power banks?
Most airlines allow power banks of this size in carry-on luggage only, never in checked bags. Rules vary, so check with your airline before you fly.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund. See Returns & Refunds.
