Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at onthemindbs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address; items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds are issued once we receive and check the item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used earplugs, used sleep masks and opened mouth tape can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
