Shipping policy

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of being placed. Busy periods such as holidays can add a few extra days. Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, email onthemindbs@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend it or refund you.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it until the order ships; after that we can’t redirect the package.
